• Bids can be placed by using the E-mail Bid Sheet that you can reach from our Home Page, in a regular e-mail, by fax, by phone, or through the mail.
• Be sure to include the following information:
  • Sale Date
  • Name
  • Mailing Address
  • The bids (Please check carefully.)
  • Credit card information if applicable.
  • Bidding instructions if any:
• You can authorize us to raise your bids by 10%, 20% or 30% if necessary. This additional margin is used only when you would lose the lot without it.
• Bidding information is available up to and including the closing date. You can call, fax or e-mail to find out how your bids are doing and make any changes.
• Remember that bidding is conducted in Canadian funds. If you prefer to submit your bids in US funds, clearly state "$US" and we will make the conversion for you.
• Results are available at our web site on the Tuesday following the last day of bidding.
